C100 Fuel Cell Test System aims to provide a high-precision, high-stability test platform for testing fuel cells and relevant materials. The system mainly consists of gas flow and pressure control unit, gas temperature and humidity regulation unit, measurement and control unit, safety protection unit, and the electronic load. Through integration of the dedicated software, it achieves functions such as online measurement, auto-scripting, multi-window graphical display, and automatic monitoring of various parameters. It is applicable to fuel cell material, component and single-cell testing by fuel cell material R&D enterprises, fuel cell manufacturers, universities, research institutes, and third-party organizations.

    • Automatic, wide-range and high accuracy control and acquisition of gas flow rate (0.8%Rdg+0.2%F.S.), temperature (RT+5~95℃, ±1°C), dew point (RT+5~90'℃, ±1℃), and pressure (15kPa~300kPa.g, ±2kPa).
    • Support sensitivity, performance (polarization curve, power curve), durability and reversal tolerance test
