Kewell’s next-gen product--M2000 Series:

Breakthrough in Performance: 45,000rpm (4 pole pairs) speed simulation, extendable to 180,000 rpm per pole pair, with a current frequency of 3 kHz.

Comprehensive Motor Emulation: PMSM, ASM, and more.

Smart Emulation: Employ Id-Iq and speed-torque look-up tables for accurate nonlinear simulation.

Custom Load Simulation: Adjustable speed & torque operating conditions.

Fault Simulation: Replicate 12+ typical failure modes, including temperature anomalies, communication faults, and phase-to-phase short circuit.

Multiple Sensor Types: Support mainstream position sensors including encoder, resolver and Hall.

Temperature Simulation: Support temperature sensors such as NTC, PTC, and PT100/1000.

End-to-End Battery Testing Solutions

Kewell, for the first time, presented its full-chain battery testing ecosystem to global audience:

B2000-EC Series Cell Test System: Modular design, max. output of ±6V/6400A for a single cabinet, current accuracy of ±0.02%, plus SOC precision calibration.

B2000-EC Series Pack Test System: Ultra-high voltage testing of up to 2500V, industry-leading voltage/current/power accuracy, data logging time <1ms for fast dynamic response, support various communication protocols (CAN-FD, RS485, LAN, etc.) for seamless integration with BMS and peripherals.

Matched with: D2000 Series Bi-directional Programmable DC Power Supply, support CC/CV priority, step/gradient modes, flexible to operate; simulate battery output with several built-in types, LMO, LCO, LFP, Lead-Acid, NiMH, etc.; 1st/2nd/3rd-order battery models to be used for diverse testing needs.

Testwell Software Platform: A flexible and convenient platform that supports multi-scenario testing and data analysis.

At The Battery Show Europe, Kewell’s booth attracted battery technology experts worldwide, showcasing solutions designed to break testing bottlenecks from R&D to mass production. As a leader in new energy testing, Kewell is committed to collaborating with global partners to accelerate industry innovation.
