Motor Controller EOL Test

As one of the core components of EVs, motor controller is directly related to the dynamic performance, energy efficiency and driving safety of the vehicle. However, the traditional drive motor test bench is complex in both platform building and operation, which affects the efficiency of the EOL test of motor controllers. The battery & motor simulator all-in-one has two output channels: DC output supporting simulation of lithium iron phosphate, lithium ternary and other traction battery types, AC output supporting motor simulation and fault injection. It serves as an alternative to the motor and its mechanical loads in the bench system to meet the requirements of rapid EOL testing of motor controllers with different specifications.
